As a travel advisor, I strive to put my clients' needs and preferences at the forefront of every decision I make as I craft each itinerary, creating a seamless, tailor-made journey. The foundations of my travel planning approach rest upon relationships, organization, resourcefulness, and hard work. I believe that being honest and transparent are vital for cultivating lasting relationships with both my clients and my travel partners.
Apart from receiving kind words from those I have assisted, the greatest compliment I receive from my clients is their choice to return to me for their future vacations, valuing my expertise and trusting my professional opinion.

As a seasoned traveler with a passion for connecting with people, exploration, and facilitating meaningful experiences, my journey has been enriched by countless encounters and awe-inspiring destinations. Having explored the globe extensively and led over 30 groups on transformative mission trips and leisure adventures, I consider myself fortunate to have witnessed the beauty and diversity of our world firsthand.
Beyond the allure of exotic locations and breathtaking landscapes, what truly drives me is the opportunity to connect individuals to the aspects of travel that resonate most deeply with them: their faith, history, or personal values.
The expressions of gratitude from those who acknowledge my kind and attentive disposition, along with my genuine interest in listening to their stories, are treasured by me. These qualities are close to my heart, and I strive to exemplify them in every interaction I have. My goal is not just to facilitate travel arrangements, but to go beyond the superficial, enabling people to forge deeper connections with their surroundings and with themselves.
What We Do
Listen
We will begin with a complimentary consult call where we listen carefully to what matters most to you and/or your group: travel styles, must-dos, expectations, special needs, etc. We want to know all your likes, dislikes, values, pet peeves . . . anything that will help us match you with the best provider(s) for your trip.
Curate
We go through the list of our trusted travel partners (cruise lines, hotels, in-destination connections, etc.) to find the best fit for your trip. Not every partner is right for every client. Each have their own strengths. It all comes down to what is most important to you and who can offer you the vacation of your dreams.
Manage
Once your trip is booked, we continue to monitor and manage your reservations. We will alert you if there is an unexpected change or cancellation and offer alternative options.
Prepare
Deadlines, documentation, itineraries . . . we take all this off your plate. You will receive timely reminders when a deadline is coming up. We will design a customized "Trip Plans App" that will have your detailed itinerary, digital copies of your documentation, emergency numbers, links to activities, maps and more. Plus, we will mail you hard-copy travel documents a couple of weeks prior to travel.
Advocate
When hiccups happen, we are there to work with the travel partner on your behalf. This is where the value of our relationships with the travel partner representatives come into play. We have direct access to someone on the inside with a loud voice.

Standard Trip Design
For when you are looking for a straightforward cruise vacation, hotel stay, or to join a guided tour group without any additional destinations or extended stays before or after the main part of your trip.
Complimentary consult with all decision makers to discuss the vacation wishlist via Zoom, phone, or in person (WNC area)
Researching & recommending the appropriate travel partner for your trip
Customized proposal with a maximum of 2 edits prior to deposit
Complimentary Virtuoso amenities if applicable
Optional “Travel Info Night” to invite other potential travelers to learn more about the trip and ask questions via Zoom or in person
Booking and monitoring the vacation package
Timely notifications and information about the trip
Travel tips and “how-to” videos
Open and direct communication prior to travel
Customized Trip Plans App - a valuable app containing flight information, daily itinerary, digital copies of confirmations, who to call in case of an emergency and much more
Travel Packet containing hard copy travel documents

For when you want to add an extended stay of 2 or 3 nights before or after your cruise or tour group vacation.

Customized proposal with a maximum of 3 edits prior to deposit
Booking and monitoring all trip components

VIP Trip Design
For when you want a custom itinerary from beginning to end with flights, accommodations, private transfers, private tours, exclusive access and more.

Group Trip Design
For when you want to travel with friends, a club, or organization.
Includes everything listed in the Standard Trip Design PLUS . . .
Travelers enjoy a reduced design fee, contracted rates, exclusive benefits, and the option to extend their vacation before and/or after the group dates
Interest meeting hosted by our Travel Partner via Zoom or in-person (WNC area). The representative shares an informative, no-pressure presentation, explaining the trip, and addressing any questions for those considering joining the group
Online information and booking page
Guests come to us with travel related questions, not the group leader
Additional support available
Promotional material to help market the group (email announcement, flier, and social media post)
Custom FAQ webpage for guests to reference
In-person gathering (WNC area) prior to travel for a final Q & A and to receive Travel Packets
Requirements: One main contact person (group leader) whose role is simply to invite guests to join the group. Minimum of 12 travelers.
Minimum of 6 months lead time. Best if planning begins 12 - 18 months in advance.
