The overall process was smooth and Stacey made sure that we were well informed each step of the way. The best thing was an app that Stacey downloaded all of our travel information to. Working with Stacey Baker is a treat. She's a great listener, and really seeks to incorporate her clients' hopes, wishes, needs, and must-haves into the plans and trips she puts together. Forging bonds and relationships is important to Stacey, and it shows in how she handles clients and experience providers alike. Stacey gave excellent advice and suggestions, checked in with us during our trip, and even made some changes and arrangements on the fly. This was my first cruise and I was in a group of 14 people. Stacey was available to meet with us either in person, over the phone, or by email to answer all of our questions. Stacey took wonderful care of our group (14), keeping us updated on changes, options, suggestions, etc as she herded us towards our cruise. She listened to our questions, laughed along with us as we would go down rabbit holes, then gently guide us back to a path of preparation. Stacey was great about sending updates with helpful tools, too, like the Trip Plans app. I do appreciate all of the email guidance that was provided in the weeks and days before our adventure. The information provided may have been old hat to some people, but it was good to be reminded of traveling in this COVID impacted world. Especially with changes being enacted every day - or so it seemed. I would not hesitate to contact Stacey about helping me with another travel adventure. Stacey was fantastic! This was my first international trip and I can't imagine going without her help. She walked me through the whole process, was available for questions, sent wonderful reminder videos before I left, and set me up with a travel app which included all of the important information and reminders that I would need on my trip.
