Signature trip design

Includes everything in Curated Trip Design, PLUS:

  • Travel tips and recommendations

  • Personalized "how-to" and itinerary walk-through videos

  • Trip Plans App - Customized itinerary app with daily itinerary, digital travel documents, emergency contacts, maps, and more

  • Travel Packet with hard copy travel documents

Group trip design

For when you are organizing travel with friends, a club, or organization.

Includes:

  • Reduced design fees, contracted group rates, exclusive benefits, and optional trip extensions for travelers before or after the group dates

  • An interest meeting hosted by our Travel Partner (via Zoom or in-person in the WNC area) featuring a no-pressure presentation about the trip

  • Guests direct all travel-related questions to us - not the group leader

Optional additional support:

    • Promotional material to help market the trip (email announcements, flyers, and social media posts)

    • A custom FAQ webpage for guest reference

    • An in-person gathering (WNC area) prior to travel for a final Q&A and to distribute Travel Packets

Requirements: A designated group leader whose sole role is to invite guests to join the group by promoting the trip. Minimum of 12 travelers.

Lead Time: Minimum of 12 months. Best if planning begins 18 - 24 months in advance.
